Emergency Contact
You must provide an emergency contact name and number who can make decisions on your behalf if you are unreachable during your dog’s stay.
Behaviour During Stay
In rare or extreme cases where a dog displays aggression or becomes otherwise unmanageable in a homestay setting — including aggression toward people or other dogs — we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately.
We reserve the right to end the stay early if we feel it is unsafe or unsuitable to continue caring for your dog. You will be responsible for arranging immediate collection and covering any related costs.
Early Returns
No refunds will be given for early returns once the stay has begun. Our service is based on reserved space and time, regardless of early pickups.
Photos and Updates
We may take photos or videos of your dog during their stay for updates or social media use. If you would prefer your dog not be featured, please let us know in writing before the stay.

- While we take all reasonable care, Welly Dogs is not liable for injuries, accidents, illness, or loss that may occur during your dog’s stay.
- You agree to release and indemnify Welly Dogs and its staff from any and all claims relating to your dog’s stay.

- If your dog requires medical attention during their stay, we will contact you immediately.
- If we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care as needed.
- You agree to cover all medical or veterinary expenses incurred during your dog’s stay.
